Please consider helping one of these great organizations.  Even if you cant adopt, there are many ways you can help.  Can you drive an hour or so to help get a dog to safety or the vet?  Can you open your home to temporarily house a dog in need?  And of course, donations are always appreciated and go straight to the dogs!  Each day literally hundreds of dogs are euthanized in American shelters.  Some of these shelter don't even use the needle....the poor dogs are gassed to death.  Please help out in any way you can.

Think twice before you buy your new baby from a pet store.  Chances are very good its from a puppy mill.  This is a picture of a dog that was rescued from a puppy mill who was one of their "breeding stock"..

I hope you are as outraged as we are!!  Skin and bones...front legs bowed from years of poor nutrition, hair loss probably from mange.  This dog suffered years of agony probably in a cage just big enough for her to stand in.  Please support Prisoners of Greed and North Penn Pupply Mill Watch.  These two organizations are working to stop puppy mills.
